Pennsylvania Indian American Nurses' Organization
Pennsylvania Indian American Nurses' Organization (PIANO) is an organization of nurses of Indian origin residing in the state of Pennsylvania. PIANO is organized with unique vision and goals. PIANO’s primary goal is to unify all nurses' in Pennsylvania and its territories. We are one of the affiliated chapters of the National Association of Indian Nurses In America( NAINA).
As the official professional organization of Indian American Nurses' in Pennsylvania, PIANO will uphold the positive image and welfare of its constituent members, by promoting professional excellence and contributing significant outcomes to healthcare and society.
To promote professional excellence in nursing practice and health care through empowerment and renewal of professional and cultural identity of its constituents to optimize their contribution to the health and wellbeing of individuals, families and communities.
